The real estate exam in Texas is offered to those candidates who have completed the educational requirements for a real estate broker or salesperson licensure successfully and have filed their licensure application. California License Requirements
You have to meet the following requirements to be a licensed California real estate salesperson.

· You must have a proof of residency in the U.S.A.
